Smile to life, life will smile to you!

Some time ago I read somewhere some interesting observations on happiness. All converged on her powerful activator: the smile. So I decided to put together this material and give it to you.

When we communicate, we know how important it is to smile. We learned to smile. But this simple movement is not only important for human communication. The smile also has a beneficial effect. Especially in this era, where stress weakens the immune system and causes diseases often psychosomatic in origin.

There are five essential points to become beautiful with a smile:
